Arrest Details Sean "Diddy" Combs was taken into federal custody in New York City on Monday night. The charges against him remain sealed.

Statement from Attorney Combs' attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated that Combs relocated to New York anticipating the charges, aiming to clear his name in court.

Attorney's Position "We believe this is an unjust prosecution," said Agnifilo, describing Combs as an entrepreneur, family man, and philanthropist who has cooperated fully with the investigation.

Past Allegations In July, Combs faced a lawsuit alleging sex trafficking by a former porn star. This marked at least the 10th lawsuit against him for physical abuse and sex trafficking.

Title 1

Leaked Video Combs' public image suffered when a video leaked showing him physically assaulting Cassie. He later apologized, stating he was "disgusted" by his actions.

Impact on Reputation Combs' businesses took a hit following the allegations, affecting his fashion line, media company, and other ventures. Howard University cut ties with him.

Background Combs, founder of Bad Boy Records, has been a major influence in hip-hop, working with artists like The Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Usher.
